Looking for insight on the day to day of an Army PA, additional opportunities, best duty locations, benefits/loan repayment?

As a new PA, you would treat a battalion or squadron size element (700-800 soldiers). You will have 1/4 of your time potentially in administrative duties. There are a lot of poppy for PAs: Doctorate level specialty training in EM, Gen Surgery and Orthopedics. Additional Training with industry.

No best. No worst. All what you make of it. AD/NG/AR all have pros/cons. Talk to an AMEDD recruiter. Don’t forget about your local NG recruiter.
