Phase 1 class delayed due to covid19?

My phase 1 start date is 05/15/20(tdy enroute to pcs) I initially thought that the school would be delayed due to covid19. However when I had called the school house, they said the school is on going on the original date bc its a tradoc, mission essential. But it is up to my unit to allow me to come to phase 1.

I am very confused rn as to what to do bc no one in my unit knows about this. And I doubt I will get to leave my current unit bc everything(cif, tdy, pcs, clearing barracks, etc) have been stopped, however, i would love to go to phase 1 if I can. What should I do? Thank you in advance.
