Have you checked DA PAM 600-25 on milsuite? It'll gove you some ideas that will keep you competitive.

I can’t speak for you career field but I would look for being an OC at NTC, JRTC, or ACRC and then there is SFAB so take your Pic but I would check the DA PAM 600-25 and look for your career field And it will advise you of a rout to take

I know several people that have gone on to be OC’s with similar resumes. That said, I know somewhere I have the 68W career map laying around, if I can find it I’ll send it to you on global. It’s pretty detailed as to what is expected of you regarding assignments and positions.
