Are there any mechanisms to compensate for irregular COMPO 2 career progression when transferring COMPO2 to COMPO 1?

I am a Medical Services Officer who has completed LOG C3. My experience is: Medical PL, Medical Operations Officer, SPO MEDLOG, SPO Transportation, Distribution Company Commander. I have deployed as a MEDO and have an ADOS position for two years in the Brigade S4 shop. I wonder if I lack the requisite experience to successfully promote to MAJ as MS, or, LG... as I have had the irregular career path.
