What to put on an AMEDD CV (resume)?

My wife is preparing her CV to apply for 72D through AMEDD recruiting, her recruiter is not the best at maintaining contact but luckily she has me to push (too much usually) to get her packet done. Is it worth mentioning non medical work experiences on the CV to show leadership or do they just want the medical stuff? Thanks.

I recommend adding anything that add values along both her scientific expertise and her leadership experience. Both are appealing, but to different important aspects of a candidate's credentials to be a military officer.
