What is the turnaround time on a volunteer recruiter packet?

My God man, nothing is so bad you voluntarily have to drop a voluntary recruiter packet. What are you running away from? Do you have active warrants? Knock up the post commander’s teenage daughter? Trying to escape alimony payments? Damn it man USAREC is where careers go to die!

Recruiter packets can be tracked in recruit the recruiter website, at least it used to work like that. It usually takes between 3 to 4 months, it depends on your branch, if they want to release you or not. Recuiting is a though, and demanding duty assignment. I hated recruiting, but to this day I have some applicants telling me "thank you." And that's what is all about, changing lives and providing the strength to the force.
