What might be reasons to get your company recruiting interviewsheet for recruiting volunteer packet denied?

What might cause it to get denied if you are fully qualified, no ucmj trouble at all, did more than a year at unit, and have a ncoer? Who can i talk to because i really want to do recruiting.

It is more than likely your time in grade and service maturity. Recruiters are most often qualified SSGs. The reason is the experience required to coach new recruits, also wanting to ensure that you are MOSQ so that when you return to the field you haven’t lost all of your skill set. Your unit should council you as to why exactly. Be patient you time will come. Thank you for your service.

It could be many things. WhenI was a Commander, I didn’t decide in a bubble. I’d ask the 1SG and the NCOs supervisor what they thought of the NCO applying. Maturity, career progression, how strong thier NCOERs were, etc. Recruiting requires a mature NCO, someone who can operate with autonomy. If you only have a few years in the Army and only 1-2 NCOERs, I would hesitate to send you to Recruiting. Did you conduct an interview with the 1SG and Company Commander? A volunteer packet requires Battalion Commander support as well. Why do you want to be a recruiter?

Yes i already conducted interview and he already signed, the interview paper then some how it came up lost while getting sent to battalion for the battalion interview paper. I tried to do another paper but idk why it was denied now

Well then I’d suggest you use the open door policy with your 1SG or Company Commander and ask what happened, or what changed. It could be a multitude of factors. Policy changes within the Battalion or Brigade, personnel shortages, etc. You’ll never know why it was denied and your Chian of Command will never know you really want to be a recruiter. If it’s what you really want and you’re adamant that this is the route you want to take you may need to fight for it. The Army is an employer like anyone else, its leaders have their own priorities and can’t make accommodations for every Solider in the organization. We all have had instances where we had to fight for something we wanted in our career. Good luck.

SGT (Join to see) yeah that's a tough one man. If you want to do it that bad try to ask your company commander why he or she is saying no.
