Are ORBs (not SRBs) updated through eMILPO or TOPMIS?

I’m trying to get my files squared away for the CPT board, but eMILPO has been down. Also, I’ve noticed that whenever I go to S1 to update my ORB, they only update the SRB, and it seems the two do not communicate properly. What does S1 need to do in order to update my ORB? Thanks RP!
