If I decide to go from 91b to 12b do I have to go back through BCT or is there a special AIT for that?

12B is OSUT. I believe You would have to do the last 3-4weeks of OSUT although you would be seperated from the new soliders and have different rules/privileges.

I was split option Guard and switched mos 91V to 12B, for AIT they had me go back and do last 2 weeks basic again plus sat around 1 week waiting on class. There some demo training they want you to have. You being active duty already probably be different, they shouldn't screw with you to much, say have you show up for classes and stuff no BRM, 12 mile rucks or stuff like that. AIT for 12B was only 5 weeks just hope you don't go during summer Fort Lost in the Woods was damn hot during summer.
