To all the 91C3Os who are eligible to PCS, when you talk to Branch, are you getting told that there are no requisitions open right now?

Well I have been told that because of my MOS I won't advance fast as a 91C and I should change my MOS but I already have a dual MOS being 11B as well

Yes it has been like that for me for a while. Mr.Bestbis really not that helpful. I got stuck in campbell.
