Does anyone know if an ART15 within the last year disqualifies you for the new CIPP?

The army introduced the Career Incentive Pilot Program, allowing soldiers to take up to 3 years reserve time to do college. I couldnt find out much more info on it. I had a Company grade ART15 within the last year. My flag has been lifted, and i cant find out if im disqualified for trying to sign up for the program.
