What I can do to prepare a job in warehouse inspection?

I'm new to my job and I'm just looking for guidence on what I can do to prepare my warehouse for inspection. Any and all advice is welcome. Thank you!

Contact Fort Lee and then research the Supply Excellence Award (SEA) winners from 2014-2015. Your higher HQ G4 should have a CIP inspection program which would also stipulate every aspect of SSA operations.

Great question and a great place to ask it. I can't answer on the warehouse part but a really good friend of mine, SSG Daniel Deiler, is a 92A. He may be able to give you some advice.

Your unit will have a Command Insoection Program, with the evaluation critter is should com the regulations and policies associated.
I always found when preparing for a CI of any type it was always wise to dawn a second set of eyes on all aspects.
