That is just a personnel status/placeholder not an actual MOS. Enlisted are 09B while attending initial active duty training. Prior to attending training, if in a drilling status in the Guard you are a "REP63". These were created for the personnel accounting system only.

Hi! Prior 7 years TX law enforcement. Currently a contracted SMP Cadet. Will be commissioning into the 1-149 ARB as an Aviation Officer this Spring, and am currently drilling with the unit as a PL in D Co, Maintenance Section Leader.
