I don’t know of any on the Reserve side. But I have heard of Guard SERE folks.

It is possible but difficult at this time. Switching from Reserve to Active is a challenge as the AF is meeting its recruiting numbers. There are very limited slots for Reserve to Active positions.
You need to see a active duty Recruiter to get the ball rolling. On the plus side, there is a pipeline type system for going straight into SERE. AFSOC has even created a new SOF Wing (492nd SOW) just for training new SOF AFSC’s. So getting into SERE directly is now easier than before.
Your biggest challenge will be switching from Reserves to Active while you are still under your Reserve commitment.
See a active duty recruiter who can provide you will more accurate information than you will get on RP.
Good luck.
