There's gotta be a room somewhere they can set up cots for people to rotate in and out of...somewhere in building.

Sure, it’s been decades since I was in service, but this scene is common to an grunt across any generation. The rucksack flop will never change. Why would these troops be treated any differently than the battalion who are deploying anywhere in the world? Just because this is a photo opp at the capitol, doesn’t garner special accommodations. Drive on, infantry, drive on.
