What should I do?

We moved to the country and after being here for only a few weeks we were notified that the owner is selling the home. We spent all this money to move and know in six months we have to move again. The leasing agency offered to let us out of our lease but that does not help us find a new place or help us move to a new place.

Look into the USDA's direct home loan or guaranteed home loan programs. They normally have far better rates and home prices than if you get a VA or FHA loan through a traditional lender. They also don't normally have the same credit score requirements.

Sorry to hear that. Have you considered buying a home in your new area?

Most lenders need a credit score of 620 or higher on VA Loan.

You could check with the JAG office about the legality of this situation since you signed a contract. You should definitely tell your chain of command. They should help you look for a new place and with moving. Another option might be a to get an AER loan to cover the moving costs.
