I am preparing study halls for candidates for the Sergeant Morales Club board. I wanted some outside questions/input of things you expect SR NCO’s to know.

When I sat on Audie Murphy boards, the bulk of my questions were always situational, providing a leader with a Soldier with multiple issues requiring resolution. it was up to the leader to show that they knew how to navigate the Army, it's programs, it's sytems, etc... and take care of Soldiers in a real, practical way.
None of that "what AR covers map reading?" nonsense.

I agree, but I have written about 200+ questions and am looking for some more that are beyond my realm of thinking. Do you have any good ones that I can give for homework?
