Should RallyPoint delete account of individuals who provide no support or answers to members seeking questions?

I have noticed a few retired/Veterans/Actively serving individuals who have not or don’t actually help with answering individuals questions, yet they maintain the top percentage of their communities. Additionally, there are a few on here that are only commenting wanting people to thank them for their service and want endorsements for their service.
RallyPoint should be a place where people seek advice, not for people to beg for thanks

I also thought we are a community of members wanting to have fellowship. I find that fellowship here and truly enjoy it.

SSG (Join to see) - I personally have not been asked to do that. I post what I do because I have been repeatedly thanked and asked to continue what I do. I do post humor, which I think we all need in our life. I was never under the impression that this was strictly a site to ask pertinent military question and receive advice from for same, which may or may not give adequate or correct advice. I usually go to someone I know or a trusted place that deals with the topic I’m in need of answers for. Like I said, fellowship and camaraderie are also important.

Meh...it's social media; it is what it is.
I've been on RP for a while; I try and provide "answers" when the question is something I may actually know something about. Since many (if not most) of the questions asked are either VERY service, period, and MOS specific...or clearly better addressed by the individual's immediate COC; sometimes, it just seems wiser to stay in my lane. Honestly; I have no idea what it's, "Like to be stationed at Fort Polk", or what, "The odds of laterally transferring between MOS XYZ and ABC" are.
The "other" is obviously a forum for veterans, active members, and Reserve/Guard component folks to sling the hash, in a somewhat "closed" environment. I can debate the mysteries of the Cosmos with people who at the very least...may know where I'm coming from, as opposed to someone I cannot even relate to. In a broader sense, many of us have followed similar, or parallel paths in our post-service careers; it's not a bad community to "network" in, for a variety of reasons, up to and including professional development across many "non-Military" fields.
Do we end up with some stuff that's just ate up? You bet. Are there people on here who probably feel they're "promoting" their book, paper, or cause? Certainly. Sometimes, it's educational to enter into the fray...sometimes entertaining...and sometimes, it's just best to get back to the real work and tasks that fill all our offline lives.
