According to this article there are thousands of our old M48 and M60 tanks still being used by militaries all over the world. Also describes some recent action in the Turkey and Syria conflict. I remember going to North Fort Hood, Texas back in the 80s and seeing hundreds of these big beasts baking in the Sun at the National Guard MATES.

That's all I saw when in the Army, unless you can count a M-551 as a real tank.
The ROK Army in Korea in 1973 were using M-48's. A good friend of mine was a platoon leader in the ROK Army, with M-48's.
