Are commercial white shirts with french cuffs still authorized with the Dress ASU?

SGT Nate Whitehead, as best I can tell, after reviewing AR 670-1 and DA Pam 670-1, cuff links may be worn only when the uniform is considered a dress uniform (with a bow tie and after retreat). They are worn with a plain front traditional straight collar shirt (commercially available). Pleated shirts are worn only mess dress and evening mess dress uniforms.

Thank you Sir, the newer revisions on 670-1 really muddied the waters in a few areas, and I was trying to figure out how the authorized cufflinks are supposed to be worn since I couldn't find the reference to the commercial shirt anymore.
Trying to be as current as possible- wearing my uniform for my wedding. I assumed I'd be just grabbing a plain front commercial shirt- looks like that's still proper.

SGT Nate Whitehead, were it for my wedding, I'd wear a traditional straight collar, plain front shirt with cuff links (with four in hand or bow tie)! If the time is scheduled after retreat, you won't need headgear. Personally, regardless of time, I'd wear a service cap when outdoors (bus driver cap) and not a beret.

And if so, would the proper shirt be without pleats on the chest, or with? Collar type?
