Any updates in the NDAA of 2020 concerning any future changes on the Space Available policy for 100% disabled veterans using that service?

It was originally intended to copy this retired benefits to 100% disabled. But some yahoo determined that disabled vets could not fly with immediate family. Only the disabled veteran alone. Done complained to senators. To no avail. Been searching but no changes i can find.

The newest policy indicates that 100% DAV are eligible to fly space A within the USA and its territories. Dependent travel of those veterans is not authorized.

I'm a spouse of a 100% disabled veteran. This policy does not make any sense to me. My husband needs my assistance when traveling. He would never use this benefit by himself.
