Some updates on me and Cross Country Cycle 4 Vets - 2020 started out with me on Jan 1st being admitted to James Lovell Medical hospital with the flu and double pneumonia for 6 days after that in Jan it had me releasing my book titles 10MPH Coast to Coast. A story about my journey, 3142 miles from San Diego CA to St Augustine FL, the good, bad, mental breakdowns and struggles to where I was able to raise over $30k for Gary Sinise Foundation, you can buy my book on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. To Feb where Covid 19 started and we were working from home and not able to go and visit the ones we love, our family. Cancelling all of oh my book signings but in good health. I pray everyone and your families are doing well. We lost one of our brothers to Covid.
On May 20th - I finally had my brain tumor removed after 6 years of watch and wait at Loyola Medical Center, where I was not able to have anyone there with me due to Covid however, many facetime calls to my family. My Neurosurgeon and ENT surgeon were able to remove the whole tumor and found it was non-cancerous. I am still on the mends from that and hoping to get back on my bike for 2021 brings another journey 2547 miles that will take me 10 states and 2 countries for the Oscar Mike Foundation. So far, I have been able to raise $17, 680 and trying to make $30k by the end of the year.

Thank you Douglas- Oscar Mike Foundation is started by a brother. Noah a paralyzed Marine himself that brings others into his compound for adoptive sports programs.
