This is mostly nonsense in the manner in which it is presented. While the conclusion is correct, that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, the author seems to lead the reader into concluding that the reader is the one who decides the constitutionality. This is nonsense. He is completely wrong about the Supreme Court, and is wrong abot Roe v Wade (a terrible decision, by the way). He is wrong about the applicability of federal statutes to individuals. Lawyers are members of the bar, not the B.A.R.
