As a part of me wanting to keep up my 2003 1500 Silverado 4x with only 49K on the 5.3L motor, I replaced the rotors and brake shoes and new shocks. They weren't really needing to be changed but I did it anyways. I don't try to know how long it would take to get to 60, she is too much of a lady.

SPC Nancy Greene Wow, what in the world do you have under the hood? That is dragster speed on nitro! Quick calculation indicates the 0 to 60 in 1.9 seconds would = 1.44 G Forces and that is pretty amazing. You have some great HP in that Vette Nancy and probably the envy of a lot of Corvette Club members. Drive safe and hope your significant other is a Trooper because I know from time to time you probably have a need for speed as that Verte talks to you on straight aways. Stay safe.
