Yup could see that during GWOT as a Moderator on Military dot com. So many troops improperly using Satellite phones against orders they were given. You could use a common IP tracker on the internet to track their specific location down to within 100 feet. Heh, I remember freaking out one by sending him a PM and telling him to watch out for that deep ravine about 100 feet away......lol. Then told him how I did it.
