Very disturbing. It did not have to happen like this.
Chaos and disorder erupted at Kabul's international airport Monday morning, as thousands of Afghans attempted to flee the country and escape a Taliban takeover. At least seven individuals died in the mayhem, including some who clung to and then fell from a departing American military jet, reports The Associated Press.

This mess really reminded me more of Benghazi than any departure from Vietnam. Basically our diplomats and embassy guards seem to have no real instruction on where to go or what to do. The Afghanis are also in the dark and only see the airplanes as their way out of a chaotic mess. That's why the Taliban have surrounded the airport to stir things up and create more havoc. A orderly evacuation can only happen with a true legitimate plan which our administration has nothing, and continues to have nothing and will die because of it.

If something don't happen soon a whole lot more will die. Question is will they be like Clinton and Blackhawk Down or Obama and the Benghazi coverup?

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - This is true, troops and or diplomates were left to die and both times we the had what was needed to recue them. Now the Biden administration is going back and forth as to whether or not they would rescue the thousands of Americans who caught behind the lines at this time. He did not say he would rescue them, but said troops would remain in place till all Americans are out. Are you going to go after them or wait for delivery?
