I remember that.. the key word is "fetus" here. If a woman carried a pregnancy long enough for it to develop into a fetus, odds are that she wanted to keep it and is likely to have a funeral of some sort anyway. Women don't abort fetuses for convenience, FFS.
A law like this only furthers a woman's grief and implies that we are too childish or stupid to be trusted with our own lives.

Yeah and he is being investigated by the Catholic church. I am not a Catholic by any means, but I kinda like the new Pope - he is on it and well aware.
