Thank you, my friend and brother-in-Christ SSG William Jones for posting the Billy Graham devotional for September 12, 2020 "Where is Jesus Christ?"
HE ascended to the Father approximately 2 millennia ago. The Father is pure spirit and Jesus the eternal Son is pure spirit with an additional nature of a perfect sinless man.
A more crucial question is Who is Jesus the Christ. Over the millennia, many ignorant people have answered a fable, a lunatic, a liar and a good person [Islam]
The Christ, the eternal Word of God, the eternal Son of God took on an additional nature as the Holy Spirit inseminated a young Jewish girl named Mary. HE grew in her womb and in the fullness of time HE was born without sin since HIS Father is the LORD.
HE fulfilled scripture through HIS birth, where HE grew up, HIS ministry, and HIS scourging, death on the Cross. HE healed each and every adopted son and daughter of God from all sin and iniquity.
HE will return at the end of the age and this creation which has been infected with sin will be utterly destroyed by fire. HE will create the New Heaven and New Earth by HIS Word. We who are in Christ will spend eternity with HIM in ever increasing bliss.
