The Restoration Shop owners should go to jail!
Even though this is in the Maritime province of Nova Scotia Canada, I'm sure you occasionally hear about repair facilities being like this or worse.

Being a car guy myself, this is a nightmare scenario. Sometimes even shops with good records have something change and are no longer reliable.

Just how they are getting away with that I don't know. Its a theft no matter how You look at it. Sounds like they are stealing parts to use on other vehicles That shop owner should be in jail !
