They say it is revenue neutral but it is not. I make too much money to get money back on my carbon taxes in Alberta. Many NATO countries don't even put 2% of their government budget toward NATO, how do you expect them to put trillions of dollars into no population NetZero 12 years Manhattan doomsday project?
