Green New Deal has a dirty secret

No sinister findings unless you are a Democrat Presidential Candidate or lawmaker wanting a carbon tax. I paid between $25-35 a month in Canada for carbon taxes on my natural gas during fall and winter to heat my home. I make over $47k so I don't qualify for a provincial tax rebate of $650 ( How convenient!). I hope that the people voting in the next US election in 2020 don't get suckered. Carbon taxes are mandated to go up 300% in the next 3 years to save the Canadian Treasury and not the earth! At this time California has the BS Carbon tax and Washington state failed on the carbon tax vote but is in the middle of imposing one anyway and that Governor(Jay Inslee) is also a Democrat on a Climate Crusade that will not save the earth but be expensive to everyone ,inflationary and bad fiscal policy.
