During the 1st Trump impeachment, Congress and most of USGov and citizens did not notice the COVID virus. IF all were not distracted by impeachment, could we have been faster to focus on COVID? What will we miss during the next impeachment? Is impeachment the best use of Congress and USGov time? How many Americans will die with the next distracting impeachment?

In regards to the pandemic it is no. Trump used a political solution to a medical problem. When the president states there is no COVID problem, the government will not ramp up. That is what we did, we did virtually nothing to prepare for the pandemic. I don't see any reason why this country could not deal with an impeachment trial and prepare for the pandemic earlier than middle of March. The impeachment is just another excuse. There is a ton of blood on Trumps hands and he does not even care.

CPL Earl Kochis - If they are flawed then why did Trump say we had 200,000 COVID deaths in September when the CDC reported 200,000 deaths?

CPL Earl Kochis - Here is something else to ponder over. Why did Trump wait until 13MAR to call National Emergency? What is the principal organization to lead the federal pandemic Task Force?

They make so many excuse in a vacuum of understanding. It really is interesting debating because I have studied National Disaster Planning and worked in that field. Capt Gregory Prickett

SGT (Join to see) - As you say, different deal in impeachment vice courts, all up or down vote. One Dem US Rep. has said he won't support it. Referred to it as a lynching. We anticipated legal concerns for POTUS, but couldn't have anticipated this so soon. Tactically for sure based on chatter, but not the nature of the pre-attack pep rally. The kinder-gentler final video later may have been damage control.

Is calling a death with no premeditation a "murder" acceptable? Weaponization of our justice system underway everyone, put on your hard hats.
