Do Civilian Contractors, Military, & Government Employees have Cause for a Class Action Suit Against the Government?

RP Members how many individuals do you know have lost their security clearances and were subsequently punished or discharged for their mishandling of Classified materials.
So, if Hillary is not similarly treated, or prosecuted given the magnitude of her actions, could a Class Action suit be filed against the government for denying them equal protection! What do you think RP Members?

Sir until the court system has had the chance to do it's thing, I'm going to reserve judgment on her. As far as others go, yes I've seen folks beat down (not physically), for security lapses that were MUCH less than what we have here, but that's the same thing as GEN Patreus. He got to retire with everything, whereas a JE,NCO, or JO would've been lucky to have pants when they get done being hammered for their mistake, and everything is taken away.

The issue is that she is unlikely to see a day in court. General Patreus, at least did see a court room. His actions were after his military retirement, so I don't see how it would be appropriate to take those benefits away. I do believe he lost his position and clearance, however I think that his punishment was still a slap on the wrist for what he did.

Equal and fair treatment of all classes rarely happens. Look at within our own military (past and present) and how an equal offense is provided unequal punishment based on rank.

SFC William Adamek I have witnessed that firsthand in my military career, but I can tell you under my jurisdiction and authority I made sure that every soldier was treated accordingly to the offense! That I can attest to under oath!

COL Mikel J. Burroughs - Mikel; It's "well established law" that the failure of the state to prosecute one scofflaw is NOT a defense for other scofflaws who commit the same offence that the non-prosecuted scofflaw committed.
Sorry, no class action lawsuit and any lawyer who tells you that you have a reasonable chance of success needs to have their head candled (preferably using the light cast by their burning law degree).
8 U.S. Code § 798 and EO 13526 provide AMPLE room for a successful defence since they impose requirements for the Prosecution to prove things that it simply cannot prove.
