Very interesting with the facts pertaining to myocarditis and athletes. I recently had a major heart attack but somehow I luckily survived the event. I have participated in sports my entire life until around 45 when I quit playing rugby however I still routinely workout. While not as intense even after my heart attack I exercise. I recently had a COVID test and tested negative but now I'm curious if I might have had COVID at some point prior to being tested and it spurred this on. I will stop working out until I get some answers from my cardiologist. Thanks for posting.
