I really don't think the rioting is happenstance. We have seen this at BLM , Occupy Wall Street, Trump Rally Protests and now those against free speech. I think Trump might be on to something by with holding federal funds from Universities that do not allow freedom of speech interfering with the Costitutional rights of individuals to speak and others to hear.
