I wonder if this is why China is building coal fired power plants and other infrastructure in poor countries to get them addicted to the debt so they can set up bases worldwide for their expanding fleet?

Its apparent that China is already in control of the economy of many nations and taken over not by Military Force but owning their economy and even with that hold forcing them to vote with China in the UN or have the money cut off. That's not a theory, China has already done that on some issues. Take over the economy thus own the other country and not need to used Military force to do so but also put in forward operating Military Installations to insure their control and influence.

That's why I don't believe in paying carbon tax money to politicians because you have China building all these power plants were all wide to get countries and debt so they end up giving them their port for their navy.
