Scientific Study looked at energy drink consumption by young adults, and drinking energy drinks regularly shows positive correlation with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. I don't think an occasional energy drink is necessarily harmful (for exams or other temporary boosts). But excessive drinking of energy drinks can have negative health consequences for people, especially young people, under the age of 25. When are youngsters going to learn? Put down the Red Bull & just drink coffee people!!
