Federal Court Upholds Ohio Law Protecting Children With Downs From Abortion
From Lifenews: In a 9-7 decision, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against an injunction previously placed against Ohio’s Down Syndrome Non-Discrimination Act (Lifenews). Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost: Appeals Court upheld an Ohio law that forbids doctors from performing abortions that they know are motivated by the unborn child’s Down syndrome.
