Thanks for posting this. It was a long, hard battle to get concurrent receipt. We should ensure we don't lose it. Keep in mind, the general public does not even understand the program, so they will simply see it as a means of saving taxpayer money.
Also, I don't see the "love" for the military as it was over the past 15 years. Are we returning to the '70s?

SSgt (Join to see) - It did not apply to me until just last year when I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.

SSgt (Join to see) - Thanks. I had radiation implants and now my PSA score is slowly going down. I am still being monitored. I see the VA every 6 months now.

Agreed- they don't know the whole story, therefore, we are "double dipping". We need to make them aware

Also a good source told me they are looking at eliminating a % of those receive disability compensation for PTSD. They will looking at the disabilities as if they are not receiving VA Care then they must be cured and no longer need compensation. With President Trump in office I think he will not let it happen. You all have seen what he did to get HR 299 passed for the Blue Water Veterans. 40 plus years and nothing. President Trump made one phone call in March and it was voted on May 8th. onlyusa.us
