There is more to this story not reported in the article. A 3 judge panel ruled in favor of the sky diving company. It does not state why though. If the employee was fired for the stated cause then that is wrong. Who cares what ones orientation is as long as they are competent in their profession.

You right if she was not doing the job, but again we don't have the facts. They tend to lean one way or another it depends on who writes the article.

The Trump administration is desperate to shore up support of his "base" of ultra conservative bigots. Will be interesting to see if this issue finally goes to the Supreme Court and it's finally laid to rest that the Civil Rights act does apply to Sexual Orientation.
