How many more movements will we have before we just get back to worrying about the American people in general?

Law is great, so long as the law is followed and enforced. The sad part is the there is already law agaist discrimination, yet it is not followed or enforced evenly across the Country. This is generally the case in discrimination against colored people. I have read about the case where many Sikhs lost their lives and loved ones to a shooter. In South Carolina a visiting father from India was shot dead on his morning walk by a shooter; the debate on whether this sudden shooting of an elderly man in broad daylight was racial is a baseless discussion because why didn't the shooter pick a Caucasian or an African-American in the vicinity? Surely, this old man was not alone in the area. It is not law we need, but the enforcement and the oversight to prevent and protect We The People. Congress needs to enact legislation to hold enforcement agencies accountable or take responsibility for gun control in the Country.
