I overlooked all certs and even tried opening help tickets. Still no luck, keep getting same response. Can't find server, It's been happening for over a week now. I login using the CAC ID and not email option as well. Thank you
I use Mac and once I set it up by following on the online step by step guide (proper CAC reader, downloaded files, keys, etc) never really had an issue with it. Every once in a while you had to clean out the files in the key and reload them.
