How can I correct my ERB for the SFC Board?

My question is about updating Section IX Assignment information on the ERB. I received an Annual NCOER that covered 12 months with 10 rated months and a non rated Q code. Under the months column on my ERB will I put 10 or 12?
Also, 9 years ago I served for 3 years in Korea as a SGT at the same company with the same position and responsibilities. Unfortunately, I received 5 NCOER's with slightly different duty titles. They are Signals collection Analyst(X3 for 15 months), Team Leader(9 months), Squad Leader(12 months). For the SFC Board should I have 1 entry in Section IX on my erb or 5 entries?
I want my board file to be viewed favorably without excess entries that I believe add no value. Please let me know what the experts think.

Assignment history should match exactly what your NCOERs state, except current duty assignment. If you want me to take a look, send me an email with ERB and all NCOERs (just page 1 is needed of each). I'm on Global.

Thanks SFC Heglie. I took you up on your offer and emailed you all the documents you requested.
The code Q is for "Lack of Rater Qualification", which has nothing to do with your fault qualification for the evaluation.
Your rater didn't have enough time to rate you - unless you can show he had direct eyes-on you during the rater period - while you were under his supervision.
By this the non-supervisory would be like if you were TDY, at a School, he was not around (same for you/him) OR he simply did not have enough time in the position according to Department of the Army

I think you can forget about the 9 years ago in Korea - NO one will remember it and the water flow under that bridge is already long time in the ocean.

SSG Timothy Holland That column is just saying how long you are/were in that unit. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with NCOERs. Also, boards only really look at most the last five NCOERs but more often only look at the last three.
