Good morning Rally Point and Happy Sunday. I tried to use the treadmill but the competition got there first. I guess I will continue to walk outside once the sun comes up. It's currently 44 degrees so I will wait until it warms up a bit.
We have a workshop this evening for one of our new partners, another branch of the Elizabeth Dole caregiver network. And next weekend I am running an 8 hour virtual training that I hope comes together properly. I have always loved doing the in-person trainings and we'll see how the virtual ones work.
