Good morning RP'ers! I have a question on the Army's Birthday. We were stationed at Ft. Ord 84-85 and were able to return for our 25th anniversary in 2009 to see what was left of my best duty assignment in twenty years.
My question is has anyone ever had Egg Foo Young made like we had it at the Golden Dragon/China in Seaside, CA? Here is a pic the dish is in front of my "EMO" phase daughter ;-)
Have not found this dish prepared like this ANYWHERE else and if I were to win the lottery I would fly the guy here. Same chief both times we were here to teach someone how to make his haystack style EFY.

SSG Michael Noll, I was stationed at Ft. Ord from 1992-1993, and lived in Seaside - and ate at the Golden Dragon/China. Their food was outstanding!

LTC Jason Strickland Roger that Sir! It is almost worth flying out there just for the meal IMHO ;-) Have never found Egg Foo Young prepared like this elsewhere?
