More work on the pasture fence today. Getting it ready to put the rescue Donkey out there. Today was checking the existing hot wire and cleaning more of the fence. I had a small fight with a large wild blackberry bush. It drew first blood, several times, but I beat it down in to submission. As I was putting tools away the music on the Barn Radio was "Closing Time".

SGT (Join to see) I no longer have ‘small fights’ when pruning or working with shrubs and bushes!
A pair of internet ordered, Long Gauntlet gloves protect my forearms. As I am prone to forgetting the gloves, my pruning clippers are stored inside them.

SPC Mark Huddleston Thank you. My flag is out. We plan to watch a boat parade in Newport Beach, CA’s Harbor from the balcony of local hotel.

You can probably hire it done locally a lot cheaper than flying Me across the country. I've been in the PNW twice in My life and both instances involved the Hospital at Ft. Lewis. I really don't want to try for a third.
