In Maine most everybody is carrying. The bad guy doesn't want to get shot so he shy's away from public places where more then 1 person is carrying. This keeps him from being shot by multiple people.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - Here in Oklahoma we have constitutional carry openly or concealed with out a license. This includes long guns. You have to be 21 or older or 18 and in the military or national guard.
