I am a beginner getting into weightlifting (not powerlifting/bodybuilding). I want to go in and build a routine to increase muscle size and strength and develop a toned physique.

Which of the three gyms would be most suited to my needs? Thank y'all!

For building muscle size and strength as a beginner, I’d lean towards 24 Hour Fitness. They typically have a solid selection of free weights and machines, which is perfect for developing a routine. Planet Fitness is great for general fitness, but their equipment is a bit limited for serious lifting. Crunch can also be good, especially if you find one with a good vibe, but 24 Hour tends to have more resources.

When I started lifting, I found it helpful to focus on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Also, as you build your routine, consider looking into https://steroidscanada.is/ for some natural supplements that can help support your progress.

I agree with SSG Mullen but will also say from what I seen in these gyms that each of these gyms is a different experience. Planet fitness will have food that isnt really motivating, alot of older people go and they don't like noise. 24 hour fitness and Crunch are similiar to eachnother because they usally have more people of all ages in there and wont yell at you if you make too much noise in there

I believe that any of them would fit your needs. The key to achieving your goals is consistancy. Some gyms have trainers on staff who can answer questions and may be able to create a workout plan for you. You may want to hire your own trainer though, there are good ones out there, but it may take some trial and error to find the one that is right for you. Good luck.
