CPT Jack Durish - It is a good start if you want to watch the pacific burn/ Arms races have a tendency to produce that result, especial with somewhat hostile participants.

They can also do so by buying arms from a dozen other nation, Just what we need a arms race in Asia, If Japan arms up significantly the rest of Asia will go into overdrive to match them.
