I would leave a grand tip for this waitress. With pen and paper in hand the Tip read's , " Not a good day to go fishing ! " Although we have all experienced good and bad service from wait staff. But, today is there day ! Now,for another episode of another obscure National day.
" Note" sometimes it is best to do a recon first and gather intell from management. Just to find one whom is attentive. Good luck with that these days .... LOL !
NATIONAL WAITSTAFF DAY
National Waitstaff Day is observed each year on May 21. This day was created to show appreciation to and thank all waitstaff for making our dining experiences enjoyable ones. At the same time, restaurant owners and managers can also recognize and express their appreciation to their team of waitstaff helping their restaurants thrive.
Waiters and waitresses are a big determining factor on the difference between your dining experience being a good experience or a bad one. The food may be delicious, but their attentiveness and attitude can make or change the whole experience.
There are those waitresses who go out of their way to ensure you receive excellent service and ensure that you have the best time possible. Waiters who fill your drinks before you ask, bring extra bread, rolls or chips, give honest recommendations on food choices when asked are a valuable asset to any restaurant. Excellent servers turn diners into regulars who are known by name.
HOW TO OBSERVE
We recognize our waiters and waitresses each time we enjoy a restaurant meal by leaving them a tip. If you receive stellar service, tell them you appreciate the excellent service they provided and leave a more generous tip. Use #NationalWaitstaffDay to post on social media.

Guess that is the only tip we will get ! LOL !

3 Stooges are waiters
Good day my friend SGT John " Mac " McConnell and thank you for making us aware that May 21, 2019 is National Waitstaff Day.
I worked for tips when I first started out. My standard tip is 30% . I tip for good service and to encourage better service. The restaurants that my darling wife and I have frequented tend to remember me - partly because of my long blond hair but more often because of my tipping and interaction with them.
All people are created in the image of God and are worthy of respect.
The son who lives us works as waiter at Coopers Hawk in Reston, Virginia. He is subject to kindness and abuse as a waiter. WE hope he will go back to being an electrician but the experience as a waiter has helped him.

even if the food was delicious I would never receive it for the simple fact I would most likely be escorted out in handcuffs. My eye would start twitching in the first few seconds and things would get worse from there. I am pretty sure you dont even try to correct that person I think that one would get a broken jaw and hand prints all over her near lifeless body.
hahaha I guess I need to take a break and finish my coffee haha

I'm pretty sure that this type of service is on purpose at this particular restaurant. I still couldn't put up with it but I get that she's "doing a bit".

PO2 Ron Sandvik same as dick's last resort I would assume. Wait staff ignores you for a bit etc. Its part of the venue at dicks and I found it quite amusing.
